Businessman Bedri needs to go to Switzerland for work. However, he has an important business meeting in Istanbul on the same dates. While his assistant Ferdi is looking for a solution to this problem, he finds a poor man named Ali who looks exactly like Bedri Bey. He sends Bedri Bey to Switzerland. He makes an agreement with Ali and replaces him with Ali. Ali, a poor man, will become a wealthy businessman for a while.
